General terms and cancellation policy

(further refered to as „terms“) Treat Wolfdogs Academy (further refered to as „TWA“) regulate the mutual contractual relationship between the TWA operator, which is MPJ Advance s.r.o. (further refered to as „operator“) and its clients.

A client is a individual or legal entity that orders from TWA (further refered to as „client“).

TWA is a teaching and training space at Drachkov 19, Bystřice, 257 51, Czech Republic, or other premises in the Czech Republic provided for these purposes (further refered to as „premises“).

The operator's services include animal training, education, seminars and transport of animals, including accompanying (further refered to as „event“) and related services provided by the operator or contractual partners.

The exact specification will be given to the client for the specific service and its booking.

I. Event booking

  • You can book the event in following ways:


  • By submitting the application form, the client confirms their interest in the TWA event. As long as there is no booking confirmed by the operator, it is not binding for the operator.

  • The operator will confirm the booking via an email sent to the client's email address, provided at the time of booking (further refered to as „confirmed booking“).

  • In order to accept the booking, the operator is entitled to require payment of a deposit up to the amount of 100% of the estimated price for the event (further refered to as „booking fee“). Until the time of payment of the booking fee, the booking is not binding for the operator. Details on payment of the booking fee are provided to the client via an email sent to the client's email address, provided at the time of booking.

  • Confirmation of the booking by the operator, or payment of the booking fee in the case of request for payment, a contract for the provision of services is created between the client and the operator, which is regulated by the confirmed booking, these terms and conditions and general legislation, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended.

II. Event price and payment

  • Price of the event and related services provided to the client by the operator (further refered to as „event price“) based on the operator's price list and the confirmed booking.

  • Payment of the price of the event is possible only by bank transfer on the basis of an invoice.

  • The client pays the price of the event according to the terms and conditions in the booking confirmation and any other ordered and services provided to the client.

  • The price of the event is payable at the time of completion and the issuance of a bill by the operator. Unless the stated otherwise, the price of the event shall be due and payable at the time the billing is issued and handed over to the client on the spot.

III. Cancellation of booking

  • The client has the right to cancel the event at any time, i.e. to withdraw from the confirmed booking under the conditions specified in this article.

  • Withdrawal by the client (further refered to as „cancellation“) must be made in writing and verifiably delivered to the operator. Cancellation conditions apply to the cancellation of the event and other services by the client. A cancellation fee is charged because of unused capacity.

  • There is no fee for changing the client's person.

  • If the client cancels the booking:

    • a) More than 30 days before the date of the event, no cancellation fee is payable, and in the case of payment of the booking fee the booking fee is refunded;

    • b) In the period between 30 and 16 days prior to the day of the event, the operator shall pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the the total estimated price of the event according to the confirmed booking;

    • c) Between the 15th day and the day of the event, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total estimated price of the event according to the confirmed booking.

  • In case the client does not start the event, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total estimated price of the event according to the confirmed booking.

  • The booking fee will be refunded to the client within 14 days from the date of written cancellation, by transfer to the client's bank account from which the client paid the booking fee.

  • In the event that the client discontinues the event for reasons other than those listed in Article V., the client is obliged to pay 100% of the the total estimated price of the event according to the confirmed booking, unless the parties agree in particular case.

IV. Withdrawal of the operator from the contract

  • The operator reserves the right to withdraw from the event contract in cases where the client at the time of the event violates the legal regulations of the Czech Republic, does not respect and seriously violates this contract, refuses to comply with the Operator's legitimate requests and instructions, verbally attacks the Operator's representatives, damages property at the event and restricts the rights of the Operator or other participants in the event by his/her behaviour.

  • In the cases specified in paragraph 1, the booking fee paid by the client shall be forfeited to the operator as a contractual penalty. The client is also obliged to reimburse the operator for the damage incurred.

V. Service complaints and withdrawal of the client

  • In the event of a complaint, the client is obliged to submit his/her claims for defects without undue delay directly with the operator at the time and place of the event, preferably when entering the event and using the services, so that they can be rectified on the spot. If this is not possible, he/she shall draw up a written agreement of the complaint with the operator, which shall be drawn up in duplicate (1 for the operator and 1 for the client) and shall be signed by both the client and the operator. This written complaint is the basis for the resolution of the complaint.

  • The Client acknowledges that if a claim is not made immediately or promptly as required by Operator and the client, the client's right to compensation for any later incurred damages that could have been avoided by timely filing. At the event, the subject matter of the claim shall not be deemed to be damages and property or non-property damage caused by the client's fault or complicity.

VI. Concluding regulations

  • If extraordinary circumstances and circumstances due to "higher forces" arise, the operator may cancel the event or change it (date, price) in agreement with the client. In this case, the client always has the right to to withdraw from the confirmed booking. If the event has already started, the operator has the right to reimburse the the services provided.

These terms and conditions are valid and effective from 1. 10. 2022
